Worth knowing

- Check-in is from 13:00 and lasts until 11:00 (check out).
- Tourist coming are obliged to pay a local tax: 2, 26 PLN/ 1 person/1 night determined by Urząd Gminy Stężyca.
- Stay starts with supper and finishes with brekfast.
- It is possible to rent a trevel cot at a price of PLN 60 per stay.
- Fee for a pet is at a price of PLN 60PLN per night- we accept only small breeds and it is necessary to agree that with reception.
- We do not charge a fee for a parking.
- The confirmation of booking is a prepayment in the amount of 30% of the benefits paid within 3 working days on our account. It is clear-cut with acceptance regulations of Adler Medical SPA.
- Because of big interest in treatments and massages in wellness area we invite you to book it in advance.
- Programme of games and attractions is organised during complete Christmas stay.
- Additional attractions outside depend on weather conditions.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the programme.

Policy towards children

Dzieci do lat 3 nocują w łóżku z rodzicami. Istnieje możliwość wypożyczenia łóżeczka turystycznego w cenie 60,00 zł.

Animal policy

Pets are allowed in the cottages for an additional fee. Animals up to 5 kg - 50 zł/day Animals over 5 kg - 80 zł/day Pets are accepted in the hotel during holiday stays (Christmas, Easter, New Year's Eve) for an additional fee of 100 zł/day.

Parking - information

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.

Cancellation conditions

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 30 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
