Ø The hotel stay starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day,

Ø A local fee of 3.00 PLN set by the Stężyca Commune Office is charged on site,

Ø We do not charge additional fees for parking,

Ø A reservation confirmation is a deposit of 30% of the total amount to be paid within

3 working days, which is synonymous with acceptance of the facility's regulations.

Ø The schedule of games and attractions is organized during a full package (7 days/6 nights),

Ø Additional outdoor attractions depend on weather conditions,

Ø The organizer reserves the right to change the schedule.

Policy towards children

Dzieci do lat 3 nocują w łóżku z rodzicami. Istnieje możliwość wypożyczenia łóżeczka turystycznego w cenie 60,00 zł.

Animal policy

Pets are allowed in the cottages for an additional fee. Animals up to 5 kg - 50 zł/day Animals over 5 kg - 80 zł/day Pets are accepted in the hotel during holiday stays (Christmas, Easter, New Year's Eve) for an additional fee of 100 zł/day.

Parking - information

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.

Cancellation conditions

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 14 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
