Ø Hotel check-in starts at 3:00 PM (early check-in at 1:00 PM), and check-out is the next day at 11:00 AM (late check-out at 1:00 PM)

Ø Due to high demand for treatments and massages in the wellness area

we encourage early booking (7 days before arrival)

Ø A local fee of 3.00 zł is charged on-site, as set by the Stężyca Municipality (cash payment)

Ø We do not charge additional fees for parking

Ø Confirmation of the reservation is the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount within 1 working day, which is tantamount to acceptance of the property's regulations

Ø The organizer reserves the right to change the schedule

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.

Cancellation conditions

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 14 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
