Worth knowing

- Hotel day begins at 3 p.m. and ends at 11 a.m.

- The stay begins with supper and ends with breakfast

- Due to the considerable interest of massages and treatments we encourage you to schedule an appointment in advance

- On-the-spot our guests will be charged for resort fee in the amount of 2,50zł on behalf of the Municipal Office in Stężyca

- We do not charge our guests for an additional parking fee

- To confirm the reservation our guests are asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the reservation value within three weekdays, which is unequivocal with the acceptance of the rules and regulations of our resort

- Weekly schedule of attractions and entertainment is organized during the package stay

- Additional outdoor attractions depend on weather conditions

- Adler Medical SPA reserves the right of changes in the schedule

Parking - information

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.

Cancellation conditions

A prepayment deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation. In the event of early cancellation of the reservation, the amount is deducted accordingly: - we refund 30% of the deposit if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to planned arrival, - we will not issue a refund within 30 days of arrival. The guest undertakes to pay the price, corresponding to the value of the reservation, less the paid deposit, at the latest on the first day of stay.
