Worth knowing

- The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day,

- The stay begins with dinner and ends with breakfast,

- Due to high demand for treatments and massages in the wellness area, we encourage early booking,

- A local fee of 3.00 PLN, set by the Stężyca Municipality Office, is collected on site,

- It is possible to rent a travel cot for 60 PLN per use,

- We do not charge additional fees for parking,

- Your reservation is confirmed by paying a 50% deposit of the total amount within 24 hours, which is equivalent to accepting the facility rules.

- The schedule of games and attractions is organized during a full week of stay,

- Additional outdoor attractions depend on weather conditions,

- The organizer reserves the right to change the schedule.

Policy towards children

Animal policy

Pets are allowed in the cottages for an additional fee. Animals up to 5 kg - 50 zł/day Animals over 5 kg - 80 zł/day Pets are accepted in the hotel during holiday stays (Christmas, Easter, New Year's Eve) for an additional fee of 100 zł/day.

Parking - information

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.

Cancellation conditions

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 14 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
