- Doba hotelowa rozpoczyna się od godz. 15:00 w dniu przyjazdu, kończy o godzinie 11:00 w dniu wyjazdu,
- Na miejscu pobierana jest opłata miejscowa w wysokości 2,50 zł ustalona przez Urząd Gminy Stężyca,
- Nie pobieramy dodatkowych opłat za parking,
- Potwierdzeniem rezerwacji jest wpłata zadatku w wysokości 30% całej kwoty w ciągu 24 godzin, co jest jednoznaczne z akceptacją regulaminu obiektu,
- Z racji dużego zainteresowania zabiegami i masażami w strefie wellness zachęcamy do wczesniejszej rezerwacji (ok. 7 dni przed planowanym przyjazdem).

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.
A prepayment deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation. In the event of early cancellation of the reservation, the amount is deducted accordingly: - we refund 30% of the deposit if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to planned arrival, - we will not issue a refund within 30 days of arrival. The guest undertakes to pay the price, corresponding to the value of the reservation, less the paid deposit, at the latest on the first day of stay. In case of shortening the stay after the guest arrives in the resort, we undertake to return 50% of the value of the unused stay, if the guest informs the reception about the change of the date of departure at least 3 days in advance.
